270 Sherman offers a full range of rental units for the creative industry. We offer artist studios from 400 square feet in our dedicated Artists Building, office space starting at 250 square feet in our Office Building, creative lofts beginning at 1,500 square feet in our Storehouse Building, and full-sized workshops from 4,000 – 15,000 square feet in our Mill Building.

Artist Studios

Over 30 painters, potters, photographers, and mixed media artists have all found their perfect studio space here at 270 Sherman. Our mix of historical aesthetic and modern amenities is the perfect combination to fuel your creativity. What’s more, we understand artists and what type of environment they need.

Office Space

Our location is ideal for  architects, web and graphic designers, non-profit organizations, etc.
