Film Location
From Tiers A-F, 270 Sherman has coordinated film and television productions of every size and budget. Our facility has house power with industry standard “pig-tail” connections, a drive-in loading bay, two freight elevators, and over 50,000 square feet of indoor historic space specifically reserved for film activity. Our exteriors are equally impressive and can accommodate scenes from the mid 1800s to modern day, and everything in between.

Photography
Requests have been growing for the rental of 270 Sherman for photoshoots for commercial projects such as advertisements and catalogues, as well as for personal shoots for engagements, weddings, and family portraits.
Our current rates for personal photography are:
Up to 2 hours: $250.00 + HST
Up to 3 hours: $350.00 + HST
Up to 4 hour: $400.00 + HST
Rates are applicable during office hours only (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Additional charges apply for shoots on evenings and weekends. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
